How do you get six pack abs and strong biceps?

Look i wanna get six pack abs i will do anything to do it. Well not starve myself, but other than that. Could anyone give me the correct procedure to attain the build i want. Thanks.

Here’s the good news. If you want six pack abs, you really don’t need to worry about buying any of the gadgets you see on TV infomercials. What you need to do to get six pack abs is to trim, shred, or eliminate the layers of fat tissue that cover them. How do you do that? By increasing the amount of cardio in your workouts.

Also, you need to do strength training because as you build muscle, your metabolism increases. Commonly available supplements like Xenadrine or Hydroxycut (if you follow the instructions and don’t take too much) can also help you boost your metabolism. This is especially true when combined with cardio and strength training.

Third, for a shredded look, you’ll need to take a good look at your diet. Ditch anything with high fructose corn syrup, increase the amount of protein in your diet (one gram per pound of your body weight), and consume more fiber.

You’ll also need to consume essential fatty acids like salmon oil and flaxseed oil to help sustain muscle growth.

Finally, for strong biceps, the tried and true exercises are the ones that work best: bicep curls and their many variants.

But keep in mind another important rule of fitness. It’s like a triangle and each of the three sides are crucial: diet, exercise, and rest. Some people become stubborn about realizing the importance of rest, but it’s actually during the rest phase that your muscles grow! The muscles are growing by adapting to the amount of stress that you put them through during your workouts. And… also importantly, you must provide them with the fuel to grow by eating properly.

Should i start doing abs exercises when i still got fat on my belly?

should i lose the fat on my belly and then start abs exercises or is it ok if i start them now?

Yes, start building those muscles so that as you burn fat you will have a great endurance under there. Just remember that you have to eat really lean if you want to burn belly fat. Chicken, fish, veggies, no sugar or breads, and do allot of cardio.

If is there a website where I can watch the Hip Hop Abs workouts without paying?

I really want to do the Hip Hop Abs workout because I love hip hop and I want to get fit. I tried YouTube, but they dont have the actual workouts. Does anybody know a website where I can get these workouts on my computer? Please Help!

Is there a sky channel with workouts /fitness ?

There isn’t any special channels that i know of personally but i often use the music channels to work out, either by dancing to the songs or by say doing as many sit ups as i can manage within 5 songs or whatever. Music will help to keep you upbeat and enthusiastic and all those beautiful women in the videos are good inspiration to get fit!

To Whom Do I Report A Fitness Training Facility That is Operating Without Certificates?

I recently learned that the owner of a fitness training facility is training kids without the proper license and certificates. There are some states that do not require personal trainers to obtain one, but it is a must in this particular state. Who do I report this to? Thanks in advance.

Ive been doing abdominal workouts and I get pains should I be concerned?

Its just pains in the abdominal area it lasted a day it never hurt when I walked around or anything but I was unable to do crunches or any kind of workouts because of the pain.

It’s normal to pain, when you are not used to do abdominal workouts!

and probably you did more than you had to. Don’t worry about it, you are in good way to get those abs.

Rest for a few days and go on again, soon the pain will disappear and you are going to be able to do any kind of abdominal workouts!

How do I improve my cardio vascular fitness/endurance level? Any supplement can help?

I know that exercise can improve cardio vascular fitness level but is there any supplement / medication that can raise it?

any supplement/medication that raises your cardio rate is BAD BAD BAD.

it would stress your system unnaturally.

Stick to the sweat and huff method. Run,jog, etc.
