I am visibly overweight not just “on the scale” overweight ( i know it sorta sounds stupid). I am beginning to work on my abs to get more core strength. I am sorta doing cardio (swimming/walking) and eating a better diet with just water, eggs or fruit for breakfast and dinner with a little snack like some oatmeal cookies.
