@1ngjoxsh agreed. I get in shape to be in shape not to show off at the beach. Everyone should workout for their sport or something, not get in shape once a year to show off what little muscle they have.
PPl forget that its also genetics that play a huge part in getting a ripped set of abs. That along with excercise, diet, excercise etc is how you get it. Its funny, I know a few friends who have six packs even though they eat whatever they want and never work out…its called genetics.
There are much better exersizes without using the very dangorous ball! Chest Tip.KEEP SHOULDERS BACK! Your chest will grow much faster and its safer. It may be feel heavy the first few times (leave ego at the door) and once you have the form the weight you put up will come FAST!

Thanks A LOT bro. I want to know everything I work at lot plus I have class so I’m not able to go to the gym. I’m looking for work out routines to do at home that will get me in shape within the next few months.
@MrSexxxy20 hiya am 15 and i wanted to get huge prcks too dis is what i did start doing 5 push ups then rest for 20 secs then add five more till you hit 25 then go down by five. when you done do girl push ups and then dimond push ups. trust me it works. do wide grip push ups to end it . lol it got me benching 225 at age 14 if you need help with anyother muscle groups ask me i would e glad to help even though it sounds weird

I meant to say ‘only’ I was talking bout the guys who spend all the time in the gym looking in the mirror and posing. Looking good on the beach is a plus point definitely but isnt the main motivation for most people who go to the gym. Most people want to be fitter stronger, healthier and also like to challange themselves mentally.
@1ngjoxsh – What’s wrong with that? You only get ripped for two reasons. You’re either a bodybuilder or you want to look good on the beach/for your woman/ladies.
If you just want to be healthy, there’s no need to get ripped. It’s all about posing.

The guy actually doing the workouts here should be coaching the coach on making his abs smaller, not the other way around..lol.
