you hav eot relax i know it seems impossible but it actually isnt just dont use your head to pull your body. Remember this is a ab excersise not a neck lol

this is soooo easy… i can make my legs very verticle and i dint need to bend that much to touch my ankle with my hand… but it feel’s like you are burning a lot of fat just in your abdomenal area….

i think you have to go up with your hole chest and not just with the head
and don’t move you neck to your chest
just look up and fix one point and just look on this point
