    “does this exercise burn fat??” All exercise burns fat. Exercising requires energy, fat is one of your body’s primary sources of energy, after carbohydrates. Doing cardo is just more “exercise” that requires more energy (your fat covering your lower abs). Either you eat healthier or you workout more, that simple.

    Does anyone know if I were to work on my muscles then I did a an hour or 2 of cardio and burnt alot of calories, would the cardio ruin the work I’ve done on my muscles in any way at all?
