The best way to do it is to lie flat on your back and have a rail just behind your head.
Keep you two hands on the rail and then slowly raise your feet so they go above and beyond your head then slowly lower them down. And try not to make them touch the ground.
Trust me, do this about 20 times, and you’ll really feel the burn. This video is a minor exercise of that.
some people rather work out with weight than run around. but i agree, its whatever you enjoy that way youre motivated and it doesnt feel like a chore. i didnt say to do curcuit training, i said “you can also try…”
yh but sum people aint focused enuff 2 do circuit training , i would suggest playin a sport like basketball , cuz its intense , alot of running involved and u enjoy it more and yur playin wid other people , circuit training and stuff yur doin alone so i suggest find a support u enjoy and base yur work outs on dat
no you need to be active more for that to happen. simply put you need to burn more calories than you eat to tap into your fat reserves. look up good cardio and conditioning workouts. you can also try curcuit training and interval training as well.
alot of fruit = alot of sugar which will give you an insulin spike which will slow fat burning. i think low-moderate fruit is good enough for most people.
your body burns fat all over not just from 1 spot. for males the stomoch is the last place it taps into. your most likely to have a pouch there anyways. core exercises dont burn fat from your stomoch just like pushups dont burn fat from your chest. you need cardio for that.
Usually I come on youtube and make fun of video authors. But your video rocks. Black people are the only people to trust on youtube when it comes to GREAT, simple work outs.
well you can do both run and do ab work outs i try to to do it all lift weights run 3 miles and now i do ab workouts ilost 30 pounds in a month n i look preety buff too i weigh 160

Thanks, i do my method every other day know and my abs are alot more toned and ripped than theyv’e ever been.
Its better to start off with small reps and gradually add more once you’ve found a sustainable level.
I remember starting off on 20 reps and my abs used to really ache and pain after just one session.
Totally worth it though, and it doesn’t consume most of the day. Just don’t go overboard with it

I have the best ab workout EVER! ….and you don’t have to do a single crunch(if you don’t want) you’ll drop weight in no time.
Smoke crack!
You’ll have a six pack in no time and you’ll get high as the sky. The knowledge is with you. NOW GO DO IT!
