@theshadow170y Well I’m not sure about Romania, but as far as stereotypes go, 1 in 3 Americans are considered overweight. Not obese though. Overweight also does not necessarily mean that you are unhealthy. My stepdad weighs 350lbs and has 10% body fat. That means he has 315 lbs of raw muscle. Yet he is considered ‘overweight’. That’s just not right.
To give you an idea of America vs Europe, 1 in 3 Americans are ‘overweight’. 1 in 4 Europeans are overweight. You guys are as bad as us

@Xmaggot93X i never said there are not. But many Americans are fat and they only watch TV. We have our own Romanians that do the same… If you ask people around the world about Romanians they have the word thief in mind, that’s the image that geapsys made for our country, but it’s not what Romanians are… You can’t really escape the stereotypes. Anyway, I just hate those people that treat their body like junk and don’t care about it. Sorry if I offended you with my comment.

@XuShoe well, i mean i think the person who made these thinks the average person can figure out 75 degrees. 90 degrees is straight up and down and 45degrees is between the ground and 90degrees. so 75 would be in between those pretty much.

been doing this exercise every 2nd day for 9 months + other workouts and finally i can say i got a ripped sixpack so it takes alot of hard work not only from this ecercise but also some else it have also got alot with how much stomach fat you have. You can train as much as you want to but you will not see enny results if you got alot of stomach fat
