		<description>been doing this exercise every 2nd day for 9 months + other workouts and finally i can say i got a ripped sixpack so it takes alot of hard work not only from this ecercise but also some else it have also got alot with how much stomach fat you have. You can train as much as you want to but you will not see enny results if you got alot of stomach fat</description>

		<description>@XuShoe well, i mean i think the person who made these thinks the average person can figure out 75 degrees.  90 degrees is straight up and down and 45degrees is between the ground and 90degrees.  so 75 would be in between those pretty much.  </description>
