I like your lower ab exercises man, pretty novel stuff I havnt seen a lot of before. Last ones quite like the bicycle crunch but yours looks like you need a bit more flexibility to do. Good stuff though.

your key is to begin adding more activity into your life…daily. The tire around the waste is just a sign that you need to add more exercise into your life to burn the stored fuel. Use the weekly cardios…add me to facebook…

the issue i have isnt so much that i dont have an 8-pack or a six back, i have great abs, playing baseball for years gave me a lot of muscle and cardio.
My question lies in how i can trim the excess fat off my body, after high school i stopped playing baseball, i stopped excersizing, and ive gotton lazy and fat around my mid section. But i need quickly to get in top shape for college ball here in a ferw months. I have about 5 months to get in top shape body wise, can you help me?

well it all is based on your level of fitness…if you can it is best to support the head as you lift and twist…~ahmad

Wow, I saw this video and didn’t think it was much of a work out. In normally don’t work out… Just starting to get into it (I want to get rid of my fat)… After doing this workout, just 20 times for each step, my abs are burning nicely. I’m going to continue this as much as possible and see what happens. Thanks!

@snowbunnyfields try not to apply preasure to your neck, use upper abs to reach across. if thats too hard, its ok. just reach as far as you can and as your abs gradually strengthen, you’ll find no problem doing them.

I find that interval training and diet are the absolute best ways to achieve “six pack abs”, working your abs 1 or 2max times a week is perfect. And yes make sure you focus on the lower ab movements in interval training, because upper abs are worked with many upper body workouts. Great Vid

with more practice you will learn to rest the head in your hands more rather than pulling on the back of your head OR not supplying enough support…try it more slow and controlled….if to tought still try the navy seals ab clip…~ahmad
