    How are u gonna make a video when you are not aware of how to do the exercises properly… Off the break your reverse crunches are some shit, try not throwing ur legs around and concentrically contracting from an isometric hold and most muscle is built on the eccentric contractions which you are not even doing a 2 count of and just droping ur legs… If ur a trainer I would try getting certified by mutiple sources or try getting certified period

    Its extremely hard to hit those low abs. One thing I see a lot is guys getting the muffin top, being that the only abs that really show are the top. The workouts I do are only to target the lower abs and ive had great results on all abs.

    here’s a question: were you recently fat? I was pretty fat before and lost weight, and I have the same problem. The issue is that you have left you could have left over extra skin. Unfortunately, there’s only one way to get rid of that: surgery.

    mix it up, do between 3-6 sets of 6-15 reps dependant on the weight or resistance

    it all depends on what you want tone lean muscles would be light weight high reps but gain muscle you need to up your weight and do less reps like my squat i go 255 fist set 8 reps 295 second 6 reps and 335 last with 6 you get great results that way
