I don’t know, Fort Benning may put them on you.

I left Jackson being able to do a hell of a lot of sit ups but I did not look like one of those guys in the Bow-Flex ads.

depends on how in shape you were before you go to bootcamp. my husband was in great shape before and he came home looking even better. 1 year into the navy he went to SAR school and when he came back a month later, he looked amazing! PT is part of the military, so you’ll be doing a lot of it.

Most military guys don’t have six packs. They are all in great shape, but, Army PT will not sculpt a 6-pack. Don’t let people lie to you.

I had a great six pack…I just kept it in the cooler

when I graduated basic way back when I did have great abs, but they weren’t showing. However after I joined I lost 30 lbs after joining on my own and then another 30 lbs in Basic and AIT.

my bf is slim but he doesnt have a 6 pack or anything.i think it just keeps you in shape.if you want the 6 pack look you would have to go to the gym on your own amd work on that.pt isnt always sit up and push up and running.my bf played football the other day as part of there pt.
