Ihate weight training besides doing my abs .What kind of weight training can i do that doesnt seem tedious?

I love the treadmill and most cardio just hate weight training.

    the best thing for you to do is what you love. Try and do some type of lifting, or martial art, even yoga is good. There are millions of ways to forgo weight lifting.
