Is 10mins of skipping, 10mins of weights and 10 mins of abs training 4 days a week good?

    It’s not bad. Only 10 mins of weights isn’t enough to see significant gains.

    I don’t recommend you do abs everyday. There’s no point because your muscles need time to recover. You should never work the same muscles 2 days in a row. Muscle building occurs in the recovery stage.

    10 minutes of skipping is very good exercise.
