Is it better to jog constantly or to sprint with intervals of walking/jogging in between?

Definitely interval training. You’ll burn more calories, stimulate your fat burning hormones, and have a much greater workout “after burn” of calories compared to jogging. Here’s an article that compares cardio and weight training for ab fat loss. http://snipurl.com/aqmah
