I’m 5’2 and 120 pounds and I’ve read that weight training can help improve your metabolism and help you burn fat faster. I was wondering what kind of weight training would be good for this.

the FIRM videos have one designed for Abs, using weights, you can do a 10 minute segment each day, really good ideas for targeting that area.
