Its get sore very easy.
What does this mean? gd or bad?
I do lots of abs drill. But does it always hurt?

Sounds like you really worked them and you should have a rest day today and go back again the next day. Make sure you do lots of cardio beforehand and really warm up before you do the exercises. Also, don’t do too many of the same thing. Try a few different workouts on your abs for variety and effectiveness.

its normal, when they are near healed work them out again

your abs are hurting now but as you train more they will get use to it and will no longer hurt after a good workout.

Basically this is from all the lactic acid, I had this problem when doing heaps of Cable Crunches, So remember to drink LOTS of water every day, as this helps with flushing out the rubbish.
You could also suffer from DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) here’s a good site on what it is and basic info :

Also make sure you are getting adequate rest my friend remember when you work out it makes the muscles smaller, and when you sleep it repairs them.
