I can’t do lower crunches because I always end up rocking. Are there any workouts for my lower abs besides those?

Well, to be honest the abdominals are just one long muscle. You can’t really isolate a part of them. Try doing leg raises.

Abs are the most difficult muscle to train for sure. Not because there isnt alot to do for them but because it takes soo long. Its crazy. I came by this article a while ago that might help you out…
