I have to challenge on the result…. how long to take to get the result we want ?? How many times we need to do everyday?

This is a challenging exercise to be sure, but not just for a pro athlete, you might go slower than she does but you can build up to this. Try it!

You’re expected to keep your back perfectly straight like she does? This is laughable. Only for a pro athlete in my opinion.

Lisa, I got the foam roller and thought it might be a gimmick but it is awesome. I use it to roll out stress from my muscles. Nothing give you the intense massage like the foam roller.
