Is it normal for your stomach to hurt while performing abs workouts?
I’m 13, working on my abs, and once i get ti like 20 crunches my stomach starts to hurt, is that normal, should i keep pushing it or stop.

All the scientists and nutritionists say targeted weight loss is unlikely, specifically in the waist and belly zones, but I achieved it with acai berry. You mean your muscles or you inside tummy?
It’s normal to feel pain when doing crunches. And no, don’t stop keep going till you can’t do any more.
