Hey:) she I believe she means hat going to the right then the left is one. Because if you’re supposed to do twenty then you’d be doing twent on each side. I hope that makes sense.
GUY’S HER DVD’S HAVE REALLY GOOD WORKOUT MOVES, THE WORKOUT GIVES WONDERFUL RESULTS AND SHE MOTIVATES YOU TO COME BACK TOMORROW FOR ANOTHER WORK OUT, IT’S LIKE HAVING HER RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU HELPING YOU ACHEIVE YOUR GOAL, I HAD A BABY A YEAR A GO AND SINCE I STARTED DOING HER WORK OUTS 3 MONTHS A GO I FEEL GREAT, THE DVD I AM USING IS MAXIMIZE FULL FRONTAL, THERE ARE 2 DVD’S IN THE CASE AND EACH DVD LASTS 30 MINS, YOU SWEAT LIKE CRAZY AND FEEL GREAT AFTER YOU ARE DONE.
Hi for anyone who reads this.I am trying to loose weight and everyday I do 30 minutes on an elliptical and one of jillians mini workouts. For me that takes 7 minutes to do.So If anyone has anything for me that will work let me know. I have never exercised before so they can’t be advanced.thank you.
Jillian is not on steriods. Jillian had to take throid pills because she did too many crash diets and it through her whole body off. What you see in this video is the real steroid-free deal. She rocks!
The second exercise she shows, where you’re half sitting up with your knees bent holding hte dumbell, does anyone know if we’re suppose to do twenty for each side we turn or are both sides counted as one?
Wow Negative people go every where with there negativity. Just cause your FAT and LAZY doesnt mean we all have to be. Get fit and then talk. 38 thumbs down, and steroid remarks lol
shes not on steroids, she would be buffer then that. This women is all about exercise and the gym, too bad lazy jealous pricks dont get off theyre asses and do what she does!

I’m not fat, though… I’m actually thin. I just carry a little more in my “love handles”/abdomen area haha.

RIPPPED up abs? Her abdomen has been RIPPED open?! It should be RIBBED, as in “ribbed; having a pattern or raised banded texture”, should it not?
Sounds terrible that her abdomen should be ripped up. Poor girl.
