    iv been doing it for a mounth now for 4 res oveer two sets with other ab ecsercise and it seems i cant feel it any more

    its harder than it looks! I hav 2 do it from 1-2 min im sweating and people make me laugh while i do it and laughing dosent help

    i shake after 5 seconds too but i can hold it for 1 min and 15 secs. Just make sure you breathe well enough to tough it out.

    I do these alot b4 it was so hard it still is but ive gotten use to it. I can really feel it in my abs and arms. It’s not only good for your abs it’s also good for your back as well. There great for the abs mostly =)

    is seems easy but it’s actually pretty hard !
    you have to keep your weight up and hold iin your stomach and breath.

    I did this and started shaking after one minute – i don’t do the plank push ups – just hold the plank position, but my record is 5 minutes – the endorphins are great, and it’s also gd for toning your stomach

    But just 10 seconds?? I always to 30 + plank push ups (the belly blaster) – those are really hard; look ‘em up, it’s a really good exercise!

    I also found that the stress and tension is all in my shoulders and upper arms. That’s where the burn is anyway. However, if you lift your butt up a little higher than your head there is more tension in your abs to remain that way. Unfortunately, there are so many so-called “experts” out there that say this and that is improper form and bad for you. It’s hard to know what’s correct.
