I don’t think I’m what you would call “fat” but I would like to maybe have at least a 4 pack by the end of summer, what are some good workouts for my abs?

Buy this months issue of Seventeen magazine or go to seventeen.com! The workout for this month is to get killer abs, and I’ve tried it and after two days of the ab workout I can already see results!! Definitely buy the magazine!
