Always leading the hot list are Six-Pack Abs. The gadgets and systems sold to achieve a flat stomach are one of the most controversial topics in the fitness industry. Millions of fitness gadgets, gimmicks, and machines litter the closets of homes around the world. Yet there is information crucial to your success that product makers never include in the manual. This missing information is what keeps you buying ever more “fitness products” hoping this time will be different.
First, the most critical thing for great looking six pack abs is losing the extra fat covering up your stomach muscles. Most people already have decent abdominals. No, really, you probably do too. Those secret six pack abs are just tragically hidden under layers of fat. To get these hidden stomach muscles to emerge into the light of day you must eat a diet that is right for you. You need to know what foods will work for your lifestyle and tastes.
Yet the perfect diet alone is not enough to get you a fitness model looking stomach. You must combine a diet proper for you along with the correct fat burning exercises. Only then can you get into the shape necessary to join the ranks of abdominal show-offs. Notice how I said the word ‘correct’ before ‘fat burning exercises’ in the previous sentence?
The next inconvenient truth for the fitness gadget industry is almost all of the stomach exercises recommended on TV, the Internet, in magazines, etc. are not the best way to get those six pack abs to appear. Too much focus is wasted on abdominal exercises when trying to flatten the stomach. The best exercises for losing abdominal fat are ones that work the largest portions of the body at once.
To make matters worse gadget makers are going in the extreme opposite direction by laser focusing only on the abdominals. If you could build muscle and burn fat all day from 10-15 minutes of gadget-free exercise or burn 1000 calories in 60 minutes of moving like a hamster in a wheel, which would you choose? The industry’s problem here is that an expensive AbdomiTronic” is not required in the first scenario.
Fitness product makers know there is not much money to be made in telling people to eat right for your needs and to perform basic time-tested exercises. There is big money to be made in giving people enough information to blind them with science and then present the magical solution though. Since most people are not aware of the whole story about how to get into great shape gadget makers capitalize on that ignorance. Neat looking products are churned out that claim to wipe away all the reasons you can’t get into the shape you’ve always dreamed of. While casually leaving out any conflicting details that show the gadget is not neccessary.
To get flat abdominals and bring out your six pack losing the extra stomach fat is the top priority. Next in line after eating right is taking advantage of full body exercises to work the most muscle possible. Full-body exercises are one of the best kept secrets for sexy six pack abs. Now this information is only the starting point. As I wrote earlier you have to eat right for you and find the most effective exercises that suit you.
No doubt the questions “What actually is eating right?” and “What are those effective exercises?” popped into your head. Well, that is a completely different topic than six pack abs and a story for another day…

Surely if you do nothing else but do ab crunches all day long you’ll end up with a stomach like a washboard?
Er, well no, that’s not strictly true…
In fact, not only is it possible to get six pack abs without a single crunch, it’s also possible that relying on relentless crunching is moving you away from your desired flat stomach!
Ok, before I get carted off by the men in white coats, let me explain. Come to think of it, even if you *did* call the men in white coats, it would be *me* they would agree with!
It’s all to do with the physiology, the construction of the body around the abdomen. A six pack is a display of defined abdominal muscles. Crunching is a superb way of strengthening and building these muscles, but it’s vital to bear in mind, that if you currently don’t have that six pack, your ab muscles will most likely be covered with a layer of fat. It doesn’t have to be a rippling spare tire, Homer Simpson style, but there will be a layer of fat covering those muscles.
If you simply concentrate on building the abs, but do nothing about the fat, then as your abs develop, not only will they not be visible, but they will actually be pushing the layer of fat outwards! This is the last thing you want!
The layer of fat is one of the hardest areas to get rid of, so you need to start an all-round fitness regime if you really want a six pack. Try to focus on a good cardio workout, some sort of aerobic type exercise that will get your blood pumping and keep it in your target heart rate zone for at least 30 minutes and do your cardio at least 5 days a week for best results. Brisk walking, jogging, swimming and TaeBo are all good examples of a cardio workout. Gradually, and this won’t and cannot happen overnight, as the fat layer disappears, your ab muscles will become closer to the surface, and therefore more visible.
Take it from me, as someone who’s done it, the ab muscles get plenty of workout in everyday life, so are often defined enough so that once the fat layer had gone, they give off that familiar six pack look.
So there you are, a simple explanation of biology has got rid of almost any need for those horrible crunches!
You may want to do them to buff up your abs once the can be seen, but blimey they are hard enough to do at any time let alone if the effort is just going to waste!

You want to lose stomach fat and get a firm, flat stomach…maybe even with a little definition…maybe even a six-pack.
Who doesn’t? I know I do. That’s why I work so hard to get and maintain my physique.
It was tough, but it’s not impossible. I’m sick of hearing people say they don’t have the genetics to lose stomach fat and get a firm, flat stomach, let alone get six-pack abs.
That’s a bunch of crap! If you’re reading this, you can lose stomach fat. As a matter of fact, you can lose as much stomach fat as you want and even get that six-pack.
You just need to do things differently than you are right now.
First, if you’re not doing anything…do something. Sounds stupid, but you’d be surprised how often I need to tell people that.
Second, you need to stop doing crunches, sit-ups, twists, leg lifts, etc. Doing hundreds and thousands of those exercises every week will not help you lose stomach fat, let alone get a flat, firm stomach and they especially won’t help you get a six-pack. Not when you have a layer of flabby goo sitting on your waist line.
You need to burn the fat off your stomach and to do that you need to eat right and you need to do fat burning full body workouts.
Here’s an example of a fat loss workout I just gave to a client that was specifically designed to help him lose stomach fat and get six-pack abs.
Perform this workout as a circuit and do as many circuits as you can in 15 minutes. Do this circuit before your regular workout when you’re still fresh 2-3 times per week for the next 4 weeks.
1A) Dumbbell Split Squat – 10 reps per side
1B) “T” Push-up – 10 reps
1C) Overhead Squat – 10 reps
1D) Cross Body Mountain Climber – 30 seconds
1E) Push-up w/Dumbbell Row – 8 per arm
That workout will work your entire body, and each exercise is designed to put extra emphasis on your abs. If you do it right, you will feel it in your abs and you will lose stomach fat.
As far as fat loss nutrition and fat loss cardio go, here’s the easiest things I can tell you. When it comes to nutrition, you’ve got to eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, no juices sorry, limit any food that comes in a bag or box and cut your dinner portions by about 25%.
For cardio, stick with interval training rather than boring steady state cardio that lasts for hours upon hours on end. Interval training is proven to burn more stomach fat than steady state cardio and has helped virtually everyone I’ve ever trained lose stomach fat fast.
Now that you are armed with that fast six-pack abs workout designed to help you lose stomach fat, plus you’ve got a little more advice when it comes to fat loss nutrition and fat loss cardio…get to it!
Do the workout and eat more fruits and veggies and you will see dramatic results in terms of stomach fat. You will have a firm, flat stomach and who knows you may even get that six-pack.

Willing to know how to get six pack abs fast? Then follow two simple steps. One, strengthen your abdominal muscles, and then lose your body fat. Sounds simple, but both muscle strengthening and losing fat are definitely hard to do. But if you really desire to have six pack abs, then you will have to put in more willpower, patience and dedication.
Nowadays there’s just plenty of information from different references around us. When you get to read some articles or books about getting sexy abs, the most common tips are about building up abdominal muscles, losing fats and proper diet. These are the basics to be followed by people who desire to have six pack abs.
Aside from the basic advice that we get, there are still some other tips that are helpful for you to learn on how to get a six pack.
First, have motivation to take action for your goal. There are two ways to start on, whether you choose workouts that you enjoy, or you learn to enjoy the exercises that you choose. Keep in mind that you get to have two kinds of benefits, the immediate and the long term. You have to learn to recognize your achieved benefits as results of your fitness plan.
Second, a journal may be used to record your daily activities for your goal. A good example is a spiral notebook since its pages remain in proper order. You scan your entries once a week. Through this you can see your progress.
Third, since some people choose to change lifestyle gradually while some want it immediately, then you need to decide which from both is what you really want. Stick to your decision and follow your daily plan to achieve your goal.
Fourth, take several photos of your abdominal area as you begin your activities. Then take again every four weeks. It is not possible to see changes in days only. And as you follow your plan, you will recognize changes as weeks go by and as you compare those pictures.
Fifth, if you will weigh yourself everyday in a week, don’t get disappointed when you see that you’re weight is not decreasing. This is because you are building muscles and these are adding your weigh more than the fat you are losing. And also the water your body retains varies and will affect your total body weight.
Sixth, never skip meals and eat only 5-6 small meals a day with one serving, not larger than your palm, of each carbs and protein. This will help regulate your metabolism.
Seventh, use only the medicine balls to add weight during routines and the stability balls for a variety of crunches.
Lastly, do passive exercises if you don’t have much fat to lose. An example would be clenching your stomach while sitting down, or even when you walk towards the door. Try these habits and you’ll be surprised for the results.
Every guy I know strives to get a six pack of abs at least once in his life. Achieving the six pack can be a never ending battle and often a very frustrating one. The answer to the question how can I get a six pack of abs has eluded most men and women for what seems an eternity. Part of the problem is that for every fitness guru you ask you will probably get just as many different answers. How can you tell what the truth is and what is hype. This article can help.
I listed 5 areas that advertisers and marketing experts use to draw those of us that are unsuspecting and desparate to try anything to achieve those elusive abs. We all want to have that trim waist and those rippling abdominals. Isn’t that why you are reading this? Here some pitfalls to avoid in your quest for the six pack:
1. Many so-called “health foods” are actually cleverly disguised junk foods that actually stimulate you to gain more belly fat… yet the diet food marketing industry continues to lie to you so they can maximize their profits.
2. Ab exercises like crunches, sit-ups, and ab machines are the LEAST effective method of getting flat six pack abs.
3. Boring repetitive cardio exercise routines are NOT the best way to lose body fat and uncover those six pack abs.
4. You DON’T need to waste your money on expensive “extreme fat burner” pills (that don’t work) or other bogus supplements. A special class of natural foods is much more effective.
5. Ab belts, ab-rockers, ab-loungers, and other infomercial ab-gimmicks… they’re all a complete waste of your time and money. Despite the misleading infomercials, the perfectly chiseled fitness models in the commercials did NOT get their perfect body by using that “ab contraption”… they got their perfect body through REAL workouts and REAL nutrition strategies.
Advertisers spend millions of dollars to promote the products mentioned above. It is so easy for us to fall for their claims, which are often over-exaggerated. Don’t let yourself be sold on these false claims. You will only be disappointed in the end.
The only true way to have sculpted abs and a trim waist is through a well-planned lifestyle change. Find out more by clicking here now.

I don’t know about you but if you are anything like me, I had allot of trouble for years trying to get a good six pack workout! The one thing I have found that really makes a huge difference in obtaining some six pack abs is INTENSITY IN YOUR WORKOUT…period!
Obviously, there are some other elements that come into a good six pack workout, but for me personally I have found that I started to see the best results when I included high intensity into my workout.
Here are some common mistakes I was making with my workouts
I wasn’t warming up properly, what I mean is I wasn’t getting my heart rate up to a high level. I would cycle maybe run but at a very passive rate. Now, I warm up for ten minutes and it is at a very high impact level of INTENSITY! When you have a good foundation to work from the results will come a lot faster. This is definitely one issue you need to address if you want a good six pack workout!
I wasn’t following a proven plan that WORK’S! I only really use to do a few sit ups and expect to see my abs? What was I thinking? Anyhow, I started to follow a proven plan that consisted of full light weight training over the whole body. Once I started to understand the fundamentals of weight loss around the mid-section I begun to see FAT DROPPING OFF and shape setting in. You must work all muscle groups to gain the best results!
As far as my Diet goes, I would figure that because I was working out I could eat anything I really wanted and it wouldn’t matter…’Wrong again’. Having a good six pack workout is a system of 3 different parts all working together to produce a desired product! Without one of the parts you find it very difficult to achieve your goal.
I soon discovered that because my diet wasn’t changing a lot, my results were very poor. Basically I was putting to much sugar into my diet, too many carbs and poor protein! Now I watch what I eat and have found that I feel 100 times better? The healthy food I am pumping into my body has changed everything. I have more energy for the gym, my thought pattern is sharper and I am happy.
These are some of the major factors in getting a good six pack workout. There is a lot more to it but these facts are the basic picture of what it takes to get 6 pack abs.
Want to understand why you can’t lose that fat belly and don’t have 6 pack abs? Is your body toxic and holding onto the Fat? Let me show you how to cleanse your body and help you lose fat. This might be the difference between you having abs and a fat stomach. http://www.6packabsworkout.com
To get six pack abs fast, what’s it that you are first going to need to do? If you answered that you have to lose belly fat first, then you are already on your way to getting those ripped six pack abs! Listen, the common misconception most have when it comes to getting a six pack is simply that all you have to do is crunches and other ab exercises. Ab exercises build ab muscles….not remove the fat on top of those ab muscles. Take 2 minutes to read this article here to learn how you can get six pack abs fast!
I’m going to get right to it. The quickest way to lose your belly fat is to focus on proper nutrition, build lean muscle, and do high intensity cardio. When you build lean muscle and intensify your cardio, the rate at which you’ll burn fat off is greatly increased. However, no matter what you do on the exercise side of things, no of it will matter if you are not getting proper nutrition. So make sure you have a good customized diet plan to help you with the nutrition you need based off your body type.
With building lean muscle, I highly recommend for you to focus more on doing compound exercises. Compound exercises are exercises that involve large muscle groups and involves more than one muscle group at a time. Examples of compound exercises are squats, dead lifts, lunges, bench press.
With high intensity cardio, I recommend for you to do sprinting and the incline treadmill. Both exercises can be done in 15-20 minutes per session. Those types of exercises will remove the most body fat so that you can get six pack abs fast.
