Does anybody know where i can get military fitness exercises workout videos?

If Anyone knows please let me know im hoping i can download it but if otherwise if you know where or how i can get a video that teaches the exercise workouts people do in the military camp(Army, navy, witchever i mean exercises to get in shape not no terrorist crap) please let me know im trying to get in shape im looking for something free but if you know where i can get them let me know ill decide how much i can spent. Thank you and please help

    I know that i Diet & Fitness is coming out with a Military Fitness workout video soon. The owner of the site was in the Army. They have an 8 Week Strength Training Program that is great. I’ve used it. Plus the packages are very cheap. Hope this help.s
