I like your second last exercise.
I would never teach that situp, to much stress on the lower back.
The figure 8 exercise looks like it could put to much stress on the r. cuffs for beginners.
You gotta build on the foundations. The progression to advanced rotational power and insuring muscle balances comes too. No need to put the carriage before the horse.
I don’t know what you have seen but it must not have been very good!
Golf is explosive dynamic and is performed on two feet (not lying on your back). These are just standard exercises not ‘golf specific’ exercises that will truly develop golf performance!
