i wasnt gonna watch at first because he dosent look like a trainer or lets say a built trainer anyway but i said wat the hell, and this guy just took me to school on squats. not that i dont know how to do them, but he is a beast when it comes to it. has a good form and continues to use it through the whole video.

how many should you be doing?

    squats increase ur vertical jump..

  5. fillosofert Says:

Let eyes have a focal point on the ground ahead of you. In this case perhaps looks at a point were the floor meets the wall. This is the only mistake i see the inructor do. He looks straight ahead of him.

  6. fillosofert Says:

In the beginning it can be useful to turn your toes upwards. In this way u will get the right balance after just a few reps.

I liked the way in which you went about explaining everything. This was a job well done. Thank you!

  9. sevitup Says:

No, these are good for building muscle.. by trimming I assume you mean fat loss? That comes with a proper diet, cardio and weights.

Often when I do squats, I move my weight to my toes, not my heels. It seems like when I do that, I am using my calf muscles more than I should. Is it really important to keep my weight on my heels the whole time?

The reason I want to make sure is that it is much easier to keep my balance when I have my weight on my toes, but if that is incorrect I would not want to do it that way.

    these good for trimming thighs?

  18. frostygalerina Says:

You need to lean more towards your toes. Don’t lean all the way or you’ll fall forward, just focus on keeping your feet completely flat and even on the floor.

  19. Casarsaa Says:

how come whenever i try this i feel like im going to fall backwards. ahhhh :S hahaha i know i’m doing this wronggg !

  20. blackice445 Says:
