So it's great for any kind of sports/game that requires arm and/or wrist strength. But also for musicians. And last but not least, it's also great for rehabilitation after wrist or arm injuries and also in the treatment and prevention of RSI, Carpal Tunnel, Arthritis and Tendonitis. That should cover it all...., I think :) The power ball actually has a LOT of benefits :P
