		<description>The video&#039;s great.  The only thing I noticed is that after you grab the bar, you are using it as leverage to be able to put more weight back on your hips.  if you can&#039;t get into the correct position before you grab the bar, then you are going to hurt your back.  The best thing to do, even if you don&#039;t have the flexibility is to get into the best position you can without holding onto the bar, and then grab the bar from that same position without changing leg and back angles.</description>
