    Geese who else want to knock the head off Monique? What a sham 24 hour fitness is. Their trainers take steroids. ***Vancouver WAshington*** They have you take a fitness evaluation and tell you your doing everything wrong,but they cant tell you how to do it right cause that will cost money. Bottom line they make you feel like shit, to sell you shit. I’m a stud, its just the word around the gym.

    the riverview 24 hour fitness in mesa, az needs to be bigger or be made into two stories. during peak hours it gets awfully crowded and hot.

    24 HF needs to create more space between the machines.

    They’re kind of too close – much more so, when you’re there during peak, crowded hours.

    this is all wrong… calorie counting is waste of time.. just follow TNT Diet. cut the carbs and load and fat and protein, and of course lift weight. you have to build muscle to lose weight. that simple. I followed TNT diet and results are unbelievable.

    So target deficit means I have to burn 500 calories a day? that wasn’t clear. Tell Lewisville TX 24 to quit playing drab depressing emo music, or hip hop. It’s awful and the members talk about it. 4 members I know have left the gym, and they said one of the reasons they joined Life Time was for the up beat variety of music from the 80s they played. Not just one or 2 of the same genres. Not all people can work out with an ipod, it’s distracting. So outside music is important.
