The cross over tricep exercise seems odd? Anyway, I just do the dumbell kickback instead. Also, would love to see some shoulder, & leg exercises that don’t use weight on the shoulders. Because I have two neck fusions (surgeries) & was told by the doctor to not do anything on the shoulders or neck! I already do lunges,plie squats & leg presses & some minor shoulder exercises. What do you suggest?

I’ve tried these exercise and they work! I do them 5 times a week for stress reduction and for toning my muscle groups.
