		<description>Look at all the juvenile comments here! I like your workouts Tammy but I don&#039;t care for the time in-between where it flashes a picture and the number of the next exercise.  Too much time just standing there waiting. I think there is a slight lack of flow and too much time repeating yourself regarding the weights and water, and such.  I know it must be difficult with these 6 or 7 minute segments, but I&quot;m just offering this from a viewers standpoint.</description>
