Hi there, not at all. As long as there is resistance there and you can get good range of motion through out the movement, it will be fine. Keep in mind however, at some point you will either have to do more reps or get a heavier resistance band as you develop, the load will have to go u;p, hand to have these bands though. Keep well Michael

thanks for this infromative video! i have a question, does it matter what kind of resistace bands you use? i bought the Nike brand ones and they work pretty good but it looks like the ones you use are stretchier.
its possible to build up muscle mass with everything as long as the resistance is heavy then you muscles want see the difference from waht you use bands or metal, but yes you can
I am no sports physician at all, but people always doubt that you can build muscle with tubes.
I am of the opinion that resistance is resistance, no matter if u train with weights or a band.
If u want to build muscles, try 12-15 reps, if u dont wanna get that big muscles try 20< reps.
Anyone who disagrees? I also use bands every now and then, but as i also do chinups/bodyweight rows or different kinds of pushups i dont know if u can get really big with em.
Good vid btw
Will working with tubes help you get defined/ toned arms? Because as you know your pretty buff but I’m a girl and I don’t want to be that buff, but I want toned arms and not bulging muscles
Thanks for the great video! Before I watched it, I was doing most of these exercises with bad posture. Now I’m doing it the right way and seeing some great results!
The bands i use are of a medium strength. which is fine. They will not make you into a monster but there is enough resistance for muscle tone and strengthen joints. After a month of continuous regular training you will see changes in your strength, then as you keep doing it you will see developments in your endurance. Then once you have noticed endurance is inproving you need to increase intensity of your workouts. Just follow the exercises on my video and you will be fine. Hope this help.
