@Shapeshifterxxx This not only aobut fighting but it’s also about sport!! The job like pro boxer make the sport more famous. It better to have people doing sports than taking drugs isn’t it?
lol funny to watch third world countries soo far behind, all they know how to do is fight. too bad a gun can end all these years of training. its 2010. time to change.
Excuses Excuses. I don’t want to hear it. I work 48 hours a week Go to church 4 times a week where I am the outreach and promotions I am also a trainer at a Muay Thai gym. I just don’t need those hours to sit in front of a TV. I rather be living an active life.
I agree 100% like how Japan has stretching even would help most people! At my job I work 4 10′s and it’s killer. I wear safety equipment and it takes about 1 hour before and after, then you have to sleep and eat dinner, that leaves about 3 hours maximum for me to get motivated.
the taxes would only hit the consumers in the end since the resturants would raise their prices acording to the new expenses
then hopefully the consumers would go somewhere else, when the fastfood prices are going up, but thats not certain
but i agree. in denmark we have the same problems. its not just’ the fat americans anymore =( Europe has gone on the junkfood trend as well now
Often the most simple training methods are the best all this fancy equipment and people promoting it are doing so for bussiness reasons and making money dont get me wrong they all work but so does old skool methods aswell and are alot cheaper
In addition I would place a higher tax on fast food restaurants. Alternative would be just to place a tax on all cooking oils. The tax would help pay for college/high-school fitness programs and other health incentives. I would be more than happy to pay double what I pay today on oils – The only oil that I consume today is udo’s oil.
I completely agree with you. But America cannot expect to have any level of success unless we change the way we do things. If we continue to expect Americans will one day get up and hit the gym eat healthy on their own then nothing will change and in fact it will get worse. Perhaps another solution is to let the current generation die off and focus on the new generation. Make fitness a major component of high-schools and colleges.
I agree however How do you explain the many who have time consuming careers ,children but still workout and eat well? It boils down to the individuals desire to seek a healthy life or not.
Many American’s are drained by their day time commitments by trading hours for dollars. They are exhausted by the end of the day, then have to deal with kids or other matters. To try and squeeze an hour of fitness activity then cook a healthy meal takes a lot of time. I take fitness seriously but my company is also very supportive. I take an extra 30 minutes at lunch.
Corporate America needs to provide their employees the time and/or incentives.
Healthy employees equal healthy profits.
I understand what you are saying. people might not like to hear it but its true. my fellow Americans need to lay off the fast food and have healthier diets. I mean numbers dont lieand the numbers say America is Fat.
You’re ridiculous. “real fight its mean when you get attck from 2 people 3 people without gloves”… That’s not a real fight , that’s 3 people ganging up on yo because they’re cowards and not worth the air that they breathe. Spineless bullys without dignity.
this time and age martial art is for everyone at all ages. in every comments that you posted has the word fat. perhaps you are one fat ass yourself. sure i have a burger every now and then but i don’t live on burger.
