Weird Women Fitness Training Advice
Here I am in Las Vegas at the Monte Carlo working out with Dustin Maher of DustinMaherFitness.com (whos specializes in working with Moms) and he wanted to pick my brain on how I train females in the gym. Bottom line: females should train the same way as males. Do you agree? Yes or No? Let me know and spread this video around.

i can’t believe there are alot of haters. if you look at vince’s body shape or how he looks, it’s actually great. if you haters don’t want his advice then do not watch his vids. look at his videos when he’s in competition. he’s not just fit. his also healthy.

Vince; I train with Coach Sonnons programs and no longer have access to a gym; a lot of the videos you have out are in a gym, using equipment. The program you have coming out on April 6th; is that done with free weights or on equipment? I really want to tone up and lose some fat. Thanks, for your time.

my goal is by the time im 30 i wanna be able to out work you vince.. i do 12 miles every other day and i squat, bench, jumps, lift, row, all of it in your specific order.. im 5’9 182 i was 223 a year ago.. think its possible?

vince is definately not a scam! I have been following some of his workout vids and I’ve packed on about 10 lbs of muscle since I started, which is not that long ago, also my bench pressing has increased by 40 lbs, Shout out from Hamilton Vince!

I completely agree that women should train in the same way as men. I work hard and lift heavy weights, I now bench press 50kg and deadlift 90kg and I’ve never been leaner and fitter in my life! I used to do only cardio and what a mistake! Girls, lift weights if you want a killer body! Great work Vince! ;o)
