more pain does not always mean more gains. I would suggest working out ur full body 3 times a week. NO MORE than 3. Although the abs can be worked more aggressively than other muscle groups, it does not mean that u will get a six pack faster.

yeah i know im working my neck muscle aswell, but as i dont have enough strenght in my abs muscles yet (i’ve been injured for 3 months) i do extra-effort in the neck. that’s all i meant, but thanx anyway man.

Should I do this …
Should I do this everyday? I’m doing another workout to get six pak in 3 weeks, I have to do it everyday, but I skipped 3 days because I was busy, and then I was to tired to to do it. :/
Should I do both everyday, this hurts alot more, so I assume it’s better.

i did it for the 1st time today, i noticed i’m it hurts my neck a little, i’ll be more careful tomorrow or i’ll have problems. Other than this, pretty nice workout.

Runing or bike is the secret my friend, sweat, sweat, sweat and swet. If you can’t run or do bike, then try rowing, it’s a fantastic cardio excercise and you wont get your knees tired.
Then, when you lose the most of that belly fat, you can do abs excercises. It’s the fastest way, 1st burn that fat, then do abs, cuz if you do these excercises with belly fat there,seriously it will take you a lot of time to burn it with only abs excercises. Mix it all with a healthy eating, and you’ll do great.
