Hi! There are many versions of squats and obviously very many different ways people have been taught! The way I have described here is what I have learnt. By having the butt back, so to speak will ensure you are engaging those glute muscles. You will see when I “come up” I am squeezing my but under but on the actual squat I try to think as if I am going to sit on a chair! Hope that helps!!

ello when you squat down , do you push your bottom right out ? someone once told me to tuck your bottom under im confused
