Kurvaceous™ Free Fitness Workouts & Diet Tips: Low Carb Cheesecakes
A super easy recipe to make delicious low carb cheesecakes! Ingredients: 1. 1 Packet light Philly Cream Cheese 2. 2 x Eggs 3. 1/3 Cup Sweet Life Xylitol 4. Dash of Vanilla essence 5. What ever flavouring you want eg, lemon juice for lemon, sugar free strawberry jam for strawberry, and so on ( I used 1/2 Tablespoon of strawberry Jam in this recipe) NB: Sometimes I will also add 1-2Tbsp of light sour cream but it works just as well without it! I hope you like them!! I have to make another batch today as everyone keeps eating them on me!! I don’t think they realise they are low carb, low sugar!! *lol*
