I don’t even do anything and I have abs, it’s mainly genetics. The reason most people don’t get results from working out is because their too far away from results. Only if your borderline will working out produce results. That’s how I see it.

@LadyYe110w err.. If you wanna .. what i do is I go to the local athletics club.. I mean I eat like a horse but I harly gain any fat

I love this video, and can fully say I’ve got awesome results from it. Althought I do drag each routine longer then she does though. But its great

@tater4444 Thank you, right on target, of course. We see “viewer discretion” and tend to think right away of something pornographic. Obviously potential lawsuits take precedence over everything else in our lives these days, even sex!

But main reason for replying to your reply is it led me to your (assuming it is you!) fantastic performance in one of my all-time favorite kinds of music…Flamenco guitar. YouTube is utterly out of control, but such fine things to watch and hear if you know how to find them. Thanks for your post!
