ok well i got the ab circle i did a total of 20mins of excercise with it wi rest in between had nothing but a small plate of chicken & rice lunch and nothing but a banana & water 4 the whole day! 2day am so painful all over! i did 3mins on ab circle had a bit of brkfst banana & egg plant 4 lunch & a bit of dancing 4 extra workout! i ll let u know if anything happens in 2 wks my bday

@kazanyemmi I disagree. I think she’s fairly attractive, however her inflated lips and voice ARE offputting. She’s certainly got a masculine quality to her, but I’ve seen far less attractive women on television.

@ZacharySilvis i wouldn’t waste a dime or a second on this or anything like it. They call it the abcircle pro ‘system’ because it most likely comes with a diet plan like most of this junk. Chances are you could throw this sex machine in the garbage and follow the diet plan and have the same results.

Those equipments are completely useless. If you want to get a real tight stomach go to my channel to see some exercise videos or something. This really doesn’t help at all. Training the abdominals is NOT the way to get a visible sixpack!!!
You need to train and get a healthy diet as well! Those fitness models are idiots to tell people to use it and they are a shame to everyone who is into fitness!!!
