    I like how you have combined carbohydrates and proteins. However, this amount is probably around 1100-1200 calories and it totally disregards the person’s activity level. It also implies that by eating at night, you will gain weight. The truth is that it does not matter what time you eat as long as you can maintain your calorie range for a healthy weight loss or maintenance. Thanks.

    ya’ll r wimps lol, btw eating every 2 or 3 hours makes you less hungry, even if ur only eating a tiny snack in between meals because it keeps ur metabolism up

    Dude, if I ate only that in one day, I’d be starving ALL DAY!!! I need a LOT more calories than that in a day.

    wow thats alot… not. A Cup of Oats, string cheese, 3/4 a cup of cottage cheese, a yogurt, and 1 cup of soup. Your better off cooking healthy for yourself.
