How often do you have this smoothie? Once or more a day? Is this in place of lunch or breakfast, or is it a between meal snack? I hope this works. Some of these ingredients were a bit pricey, but if I can lose some pounds and increase energy, it’s worth it.
Are you eating enough protein? How much water do you drink? Have you tried Green tea? Make sure you eat every 2 to 3 hours so your blood sugar stays regulated! How about weight training for more muscle! That would help too! Good luck! Cindy
any more tips on staying charged? i follow ur tips and i take a healthy vegetarian diet(was suggested by a dietician) . i workout 20 mins and do breathing exercises. still i feel dizzy n drained most of the time. my weight and thyroid blood etc tests are also perfect. pls help.
