Hi this is a really good video and i agree with youre advice. I do have a suggestion though, and it is to let your viewers know where you get your information from so people can make true informed decisions
youre really motivating me to eat better, cause i dont really eat a ton of veggies :/

@TheOrchid21 Thanks hunnie!! I try to workout after work because I live super close to work and I try and go 2-3 times a week. It totally depends on your goals… I am not trying to lose weight, just maintain and maybe gain a bit Hope that helps!!
