Hi, you can do 100 straight, or you can break it up into sets; it’s up to you. When you have time, please take a look at my other ab videos for some more exercises to add to your ab routine. For best results you should spend at least 8-10 minutes on your abs at least three times a week. You’re great with how often you do them, just be sure you are doing them for long enough. You want to really work the muscle.

Hi, you can up your cardio time doing anything you like that’s aerobic, it doesn’t have to be jogging. I totally understand about jogging for too long a time. I limit myself to 30 minutes of jogging as well because I do so much other aerobic exercise and I don’t want to overdue it on my joints. Keep up the good work :o )

The thing is that i think it is very hard to run 45 minutes each session. I can handle 2 hours of martial arts(intense training) but when it comes to jogging, i am really weak. I am also jumping rope 30 minutes every day. Thank you for your time. i appreciate your advices. Thank you again.

Hi, you’re doing a great job with your diet and exercise program. Be sure not to consume too much food, you want to practice portion control. Even though your food selections are healthy, you want to maintain correct portions. Having several small meals throughout the day will help keep your metabolism revved and control the amount of excess fat you store. You might want to consider adding weight training and perhaps upping your cardio time to 45 minute sessions.

You inspired me a lot. But I’ve a major issue. Right now i am doing ” 8 minutes abs which you can find on youtube by just writing it. I am 103.5 kg’s and 188 cm tall. I do have fat at my butt and some fat on lower stomach. Do you know how to get rid of that extra kg’s? I am doing martial arts 8 hours a week, eating healthy food and running 15-30 minutes every evening. Good tutorial by the way. Thanks for posting it.

Please take a look at some of my videos. I think the best and quickest route to a healthy and fit body is regular exercise along with with a healthy portion-controlled diet that includes all the major food groups, and eating several small meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism revved up and your blood sugar stable. I love that you have made the commitment, you just have to tweak your plan and add a bit more calories so you stay healthy and energized for your fabulous workouts.

Hi, getting in great shape does take time and I’m concerned that your diet may be too restrictive for you to see any long-term goals without compromising your health. You may lose weight but it will also slow your metabolism, plus you’ won’t feel very well on such a small amount of calories.. One of the most important tips to losing weight is having a diet and exercise program you can live with. It’s more of a lifestyle change than a crash course.

I’m having under 600 calorie’s a day :) which is pretty good 4 me .,cus I’m crap at diet’s & give up easily ..,I’ve been doing 400-500 cal’s on a stepmaster everyday,..,I think you’r in great shape :D ..How long does it take 2 get a flat stomach like you??

  20. prettygirlisme Says:

  21. danzgirl1228 Says:

great tips ! along with a high protein and fiber diet you can lose excess fat around the waist i do situps cause i think it requires more ab strength, to me as a women the abs and obliques are very important to me and tell me how healthy and strong i am . I also do yoga, and workout on my bowflex. however DIET makes up for 60 % of how you will lose or gain weight , EXERCISE makes up for 40% . thanks for the planks, i will add this to my routine, love your abs girl!
