Great Crunch Sit Ups Workout Routine for Flat Abs Washboard Stomach Weights
To purchase a YouTips4U Custom Designed T-Shirt, please click here: cgi.ebay.com For more helpful tips, please visit me at: www.youtips4u.blogspot.com Hi, in this video I show you how to do my ab routine for achieving a flat toned stomach and a strong core. My featured tip uses weights in order to expedite achieving strong abdominal muscles in less time while using traditional crunches. You don’t have to spend enormous amounts of time doing situp routines if you use proper form and concentrate on using your abdominal muscles properly. Please give it a try. You will see results! Remember good form is the key and so is consistency. I never leave the gym without doing my ab work. A strong core will help your back as well if you suffer from back problems. Be careful when adding weights to your routine if you have any type of neck or back injury. You don’t want to make it worse. Start with light weights if you are new to using weights. I hope this video was helpful! I welcome any comments you might have! Please remember to Subscribe!!! There’s more to come!

Hi, you should do these stomach exercises every other day. You don’t want to do them everyday because you need time to rest and repair your muscles in between; that’s how they grow stronger and firmer. With consistency, you should see results in about 2 weeks. You will definitely feel it faster, probably the next day! Try to spend at least 8-10 minutes on your routine.

Hi, I’ve tried to think of a substitute for the plate weights, but I haven’t come up with any ideas. They really are terrific to use because they fatigue your muscles quickly so you get so much more out of your abs workout. they’re so great for building strength and gaining definition. You can buy them pretty cheap on ebay

Hi, this will definitely help tone up and define your abs. If you want to lose weight, you will have to do cardio exercise as well to help burn calories. This includes exercises like jogging, walking, swimming, aerobics classes, etc.

Hi, yes you can, unless you have excess weight to lose, then you need cardio too to help burn more calories.

Hi, be sure you are using correct form. Also, for best results you should be working your abs for 8-10 minutes. You don’t want to do your ab routine every day because you won’t see results as your muscles need a day of rest to repair. That’s how they get more toned and stronger. So every other day at the most.

Hi, these do really work. You can’t really compare doing ab exercises to using a cross trainer because one is anaerobic and one is ascorbic. By all means keep up your aerobic cardio exercise, but if you want to tone and strengthen your abs and core, you will also need to do a sit ups routine. You can certainly try placing your arms across your chest to do these exercises. Feel free to modify them. It may be that your neck muscles need to be strengthened which will happen with time.

Do these really work? They dont look as hard work as (for example) working on a cross trainer. Also when i do these,my neck hurts,im not putting any pressure on it either. So where ele can i put my arms? Like can i cross them on my chest? x

Hi, there are no bad side effects of working your stomach more than other areas of your body. You abdominal area is one of the most important areas to keep toned and strong.

is it good to do more excercise to stomach more than other parts of the body..?
I mean is there can be bad side affects .?
May 6th, 2010 at 9:56 am
Absolutely. If it helps you perform the sit ups correctly, by all means definitely put your feet under something. Sometimes a couch that’s low to the floor is also helpful.

Hey, thank you so much for these videos
I’m a teenager and searched on youtube after being advised to do exercise etc to help with stress (and I’d like to become fitter and firm up my stomach!)
I was just wondering if it was okay for me to do these, and I found it quite hard to keep my feet in the same place – so could I put them under something sturdy, like with crunches (e.g. the edge of a desk)? Hope that makes sense, thank you again

@san14ful Run for at least one hour non stop. u need to burn calories best thing is get a treadmill even if it is manual.
if u cant run, do a power walk on the treadmill but atleast for one hour a day, every day of the week.
Doing sit ups wil not burn any fat,nor will it give u point fat reduction.
You will have to do atleast one hour of either walking, running, swiming, cycling, eliptical trainer, jogging.
15 minutes a day wont do anything. honestly u will really have leg it.

Hi, you are doing a great job with your exercise. You have had four children, so that can take a toll on your tummy. You will have to give it time to respond to exercise, especially if you did not get back into prepregnancy weight after each baby was born. Keep doing what you’re doing and you’ll always want to practice portion control with your eating. Together with a healthy diet and exercise you will be on your way to a new fitter you.
