    I didnt watch me whole video, but if i got this rigth: Touch your nipple with your finger, Then press in the stomach so far away from the finger as possible in 30-35 seconds, then repeat it 9 minutes, then your stomach will be flat?…….

    pulling in the middle part of my abs and the bottom part is easy for me because when i was little and chubby my older sis taught me how to suck in my stomach a lil without having difficulty breathing :)
    eventually i grew up and got thin… but now i’m still thin and have abs but a lil belly covering it. lol
