It must burn alot of calories, because squats makes our muscles work alot, which means our blood is pumping round the body quicker to get to the muscles more.. so the blood would need more glucose, which means you’d be taking sugar away, which means taking calories away…

I love your videos and your team and I was wondering if, when I excercise and I workout my abs and all of the other parts of my body, is it okay if i do not get the results as quick as I feel like I should be getting them? Meaning that, when after my gym workout, I feel like tearing in my muscles, but I do not see them right away? Just wondering!
