so you can tone it to make you bounce to the same height every time you fall on it.
You canĀ“t get “fat” from exercising a muscle. Abs will make your muscle stronger, but if if you got some fat around your tummy then it wont show, so you gotta do cardio too if you want to see better results. Hope that helped.

tone your tummy means you get more definition. so build more muscle and decrease the fat.
