That’s my style of exercising.
That is why my knee is messed up now but you get great results with that form of exercising.kickboxing is my favorite next to cardio step classes.

Wow I could really feel the energy and great vibes coming from this workout…nice!! The moves were so smooth and fluid.

Master Klodi is awesome…love his animal like fighting moves yet dove like tranquility…and nothing like working out in your bare feet. (at the kb gym, no shoes or socks allowed!!)
