Summer Workout for fat burning weight loss – how to get flat stomach – six pack ( female / male )


Working aerobically on your abdominal muscles for over 7 minutes stimulates the capillaries in this area. These in turn increase the blood flow.     And if I done this once a day with some cardio (I eat healthily anyway) would I get a flat stomach by the end of May? I’m average atm, not skinny yet xD

    Try doing them seperate first
    Do the the leg thing then when ur comfortable add the crunch

    @haylstorm13 Abs are a funny thing to maintain. Once you have them, they are hard to lose, as long as you maintain a somewhat healthy eating habit. If your worried about your arms being skinny, do some push ups and squats at home. Just do them until you feel a good burn, then wait a few minutes repeat about 3 or 4 times, and do that 3 days a week. Trust me, I’m going to be a personal trainer pretty soon.

    @kustomcougar okay thanks a lot you have really helped me! i will definately try your coffee trick haha, the only thing i am worried about is losing too much wieght though because unfortunatley have skinny arms and legs and its just my tummy thats the problem :/ this probably sounds really stupid but if i do this and see results to i need to continue this to keep the results ? :P

    @haylstorm13 Yes, also drink a cup of coffee 20 minutes before working out. Seriously, I lost 6 pounds in 3 weeks just doing that. Take in account I’m 5’11 and I hit my weight goal of 159 over a year ago and stayed the same weight, once I started drinking a cup of coffee before working out, I lost 6 pounds in 3 weeks.
