		<description>Hi, I&#039;ve had quite a few people ask that, unfortunately, I cannot think of anything else that could be comfortably used as a replacement. Sorry.  Even a book wouldn&#039;t really do because it kind of hurts the back of your head.  The hole in the middle of the plate weights fits comfortably to the back of your head and is thin enough to perform the exercise correctly.  I&#039;ll keep trying to think of something and if I do will post it immediately :o)</description>

		<description>hi. love your show. i can do all of them except for the abs workout. whenever i do sit ups, my back hurts as does my neck. is there another way to excerise the ab muscles and flatten the stomach besides sit ups as i think it doesnt suit me. thanks</description>

Very often when people have pain doing sit ups, it&#039;s due to improper form when doing the exercise, for example, pulling your neck forward to lift your body instead of using your lower back to pull you up.  Please examine your form carefully to see if you can improve upon it.  If you would like to try a different stomach routine, I do have videos posted that don&#039;t involve sit ups that you can try.</description>
